I have read and accept that my personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the EU institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.

The controller of the processing operation is the ETF’s Director. The purpose of this processing operation is to exchange information and facilitate networking between members of the ETF Communities.

The legal basis of the processing operation is Article 2 of the Regulation No. 1339/2008 establishing a European Training Foundation (Recast).

The recipients of your data will be the other members of the ETF Communities and ETF staff members. The information will not be communicate.d to third parties, except where necessary for the purposes outlined above.

Your data will be retained by the ETF Communities for as long as you are a member of the ETF Communities. But you can delete your profile at any time. If you do not log on to the ETF Communities for ten years from the date of your registration, your profile will be automatically deleted from the Communities and any data will be removed at the end of this period. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You will be able to modify, correct and update your personal data using the individual user name and password provided at the moment of the registration in the Lotus Connections Communities.
